I bought a smash and grab Groupon for R1099 last year October and I still have not received it! I have sent countless emails with my proof of payment in the way they request. I complained and all I got back were automated, generic emails back with meaningless kind regards by different people. I even went to the bank to confirm the money went through and it did. It shows me their problem solving staff are not doing a good job as they still have not found the Groupon to give to me or my money even though I have given them all the details. Or I am left to think they are trying to my money as nothing has been done to solve this. I no longer wish to ever deal with Groupon. I just want my money back.
