I posted a complaint on Hello Peter about solar spot lights sent to us by Wicount (or their suppliers) and have still had no response from them other than an automated "We will get back to you" posted on 12 December.
I am now considering going to the Small Claims Court and will advise the press of the total inefficiency of this company and their disregard for their customers..
