I bought 2 vouchers off Groupon in March 2013.
I tried for months to redeem them from the supplier: the spa at The Lakes hotel.
I informed Groupon of this a month later (April).
I then asked for a refund.
I received a response that they would investigate.
Finally in October, a refund was approved which allegedly erroneously did not go through.
I was asked again in November for the credit card details to process the refund.
It is now January 2014.
I am STILL waiting for a refund!
Please give my money back.
