I made a purchase on 28 November on a deal closing 07/12/2013 (REF: 30420781). I was promised delivery in 2 weeks and upon making an enquiry on 10 December, Raj Kumar assured me that delivery will be no later than the 21st of December (request #124252). I made another enquiry on 21 December afternoon after not hearing anything from Groupon, and this time I was now given a new delivery date of 3-5 working days! This is totally unacceptable! I needed this delivery before Xmas, hence I placed the order in good time. It is very unprofessional of Groupon to just not honour their timelines and not even have the decency to inform their customers! This is not the first time I've had delivery issues with Groupon and this time it has got on my last nerve. I definitely won't be buying from them again and I also wouldn't advise others to buy from them. Daddys Deals, Wicount & Citysleeker provide a far better service and they stick to their promises!
