I have had numerous complaint with Groupon but still I dont learn my lesson! The only thing that one needs to buy from them are vouchers that is delivered to you by email. If you buy anything from them that require's delivery you can for sure know its gonna take a looong time to reach you. I have ordered a travel adaptor the 13th of November - up to today no delivery! And then Manoj got the nerve to advise me that I must follow up further with Courierit! When I phoned them, the tracking number he provide doesn't exist? I had use Daddy's deals, wicount and one day deal and you cannot even try and compare them with Groupon which leaves a bad taste in your mouth and who's service is horrible! They should learn from their competitors what does service mean...
