Purchased a Groupon voucher for a friend's birthday for a hair treatment. The salon was impolite and insisted on additional purchases not mentioned on the voucher. Requested a refund from Groupon and received a response within 2 days granting a credit on my account. :)
I regularly purchase vouchers from Groupon and will continue to do so as I know they will provide me with excellent service! :)
