On the 2nd of December I purchased goods and only received a voucher for 1 out of the 2 items.
I then called to enquire and was told that I should send through my pop to ensure I don't miss out on the deal.
I did this and yet still no voucher. I sent emails and I tried calling, after being on hold for 20 minutes my call was cut. I was then assisted and told the deal was closed and that she would refund my money?
I then received an email saying my refund has been processed and would take 3-5 working days.
After 5 working days still no refund. Again numerous emails and calls eventually almost 2 weeks later I received my refund.
My second concern is that its now the 18th December and I have still not received my purchase that went through on the 02.12.2013. I have sent 3 emails asking if someone could let me know when I can expect delivery!!! Its a xmas gift so lets hope before the 25th.

Disgusted will never use Groupon again
