After Purchasing a product (Globus MyStim2 muscle electrostimulator) from Groupon SA and receiving a broken product, I requested a replacement. After 3 weeks they only gave me a "we are looking into it" response. I then decided to contact the product manufacturer directly to see if I cannot purchase a replacement directly from them. After some email correspondence to Globus corporation, I gave them the serial number of the product I had in hand which they then informed me was a FAKE, and since it's a product sending electronic pulses/ currents trough your muscles it could be potentially dangerous.
I returned the product for a refund and I have not yet received the refund.
