17 October 2013 I bought a groupon voucher for a hotel stay, when I phone the hotel there was no availability on the dates that I wanted. I decided to cancel the voucher. Same day I phoned groupon to cancel the voucher, which I was told that the voucher has been cancelled and I will receive the refund on my bank account within two days, which never happened. I phone groupon and spoke to Zimbini and she told me that the refund was done the same day 17 October, I told her I never received anything, she requested my bank details and the bank statement for the month of October, which I sent it to her, still no feedback and nothing was done, I phoned again spoked to someone else to promise to look at the matter, still nothing was done, phoned again spoke to someone else and was promised that the payment will be done within 14 days, phone yesterday spoke to someone else and this time was told that the payment will be made before 4 pm and the email will be sent to me regarding the payment and still have not received any email from Groupon. " I WANT MONEY NO STORIES PLEASE"
