I have purchased a coupon at groupon, i called in to check if they have received my payment, it was confirmed they have that they have received my funds and i will receive the coupon within 5 days. Those days passed without any coupon. I called in and was told the special is over.

Then i decided to cancel my subscription and a refund as it was for the second time experiencing the same problem. Since September month i have been waiting for refund. Every time when i call i was told to wait for 10 days for refund. I once spoke to Tauriq Amardien, who requested me to send proof of payment and bank statement, he ended up ignoring my emails. The last time i spoke to Cara Styles on 14th November

I am still waiting for my refund
