LATE/NO DELIVERY

I have placed two orders on the 14 of December 2012 and 17 December 2012. I was promised delivery on many accations. When I called them on 17 January 2013, they promised to deliver at the latest Friday 24 January 2013. When I contacted them again on 23 January 2013 to make sure delivery will take place on 24 January, they could not even trace my order. Today 31 January 2013 Ganeefa Leeman told me that they dont even have stock of my one item. I think this service is unacceptable. How can you sell something and advertise it if you dont have stock. WE NEED TO PAY UPFRONT AS WELL
