Good day

I've sent an email on 12 of September 2013 request the refund for my cancellation of air namibia voucher Voucher code :0010138IAQ, ticket Number 44856, later on on that day I got an email says "Hi Good day. Thank you for making contact, your refund has been completed. Should reflect within 3-5 business days kind regards Basheer.

On the the 23 september 2013, I sent another follow up email and I called the call center, I spoke to Basheer Essop, who told me the request has been sent again to finance department or refunds department and I must sent bank statement, off which I did

On the 28 october receive a follow up email with a new ticket number of 82901 and I told them I haven't receive any funds in my bank account

Megan responded to my email, and request me to send bank statement again, off which I did. On the 31 october 2013 did another follow up, there was no respond

On the 12 November I spoke to another consultant, who requested my bank statement, later on the statement was sent again and he promise the funds will be at my bank account within 72 hours

I'm really not happy with your services

I'm still waiting...
