I bought a voucher for a Brazilian blowwave (R549) when I wanted to use I found that the operator no longer exists! I then bought another special (R399) for a clothes railing. Money went from my account to Groupons yet two weeks later no voucher! I've called and emailed Groupon numerous times and I do not get an answer. I will not accept losing that amount of money. Groupon are ripping people off and getting away with it!! It is unacceptable for them to offer a servic and not deliver! Things are tough as it is without being taken for a ride!
