NO REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH

Hi,

I purchased a groupon on 19 september in error, i immediately contacted the Groupon call centre asking them to please refund the money back to me as i have made a purchase in error. i was told that the refund had been processed and that it would take 3-5 working days. After a week and still no refund i called again, the agent told me that the refund had gone through so i went to the bank, got a statement and emailed it to her. She replied and said that she will process the transaction again. After a week i called in again, this time the agent informed me that there was an issue with the account so the refund was not going through, i then gave an alternative account so the money could be transferred. After another week and no refund i called again, the agent said the refund had been processed, it is now almost 6 weeks and guess what... still no refund. Also, now that i have stopped calling to get the refund processed no one has bothered to call me either!
