Groupon has the worst customer support ever. On their website they state that they treat their customers as they would like to be treated but that's an OUTRIGHT LIE! Who want's to wait 3 days for a credit/refund and why should you if the supplier is with the same bank? Who would want a R 500 credit reimbursement limit when you paid one amount of R 1500... Which would mean that you have to still wait 3 days for a credit? Groupon's policies are so rediculous!!! Their call centre agents are of no help what-so-ever and the support team takes forever to respond once you've sent an email. I've been a customer for more than 2 years now and 8 out of 10 times I've had bad experiences with Groupon... Is this normal??????
I'm giving up on Groupon but I first want my money back ASAP!
