Used 100% Image for the first time in August 2013 (Groupon voucher). I arrived 30 minutes late so had a bit of a delay when I arrived at the studio, but that was to be expected. The photos were not satisfactory but Bonny and Julian were 100% committed to making me happy and to do what was needed to fix the problems with my photos. Within a week we received our photos and were surprised based on the previous comments seen on Hello Peter. Thank you Bonny and Julian, for your friendliness and prompt responses. We will definitely recommend your services to our family and friends.
