10" Telefunken Netbook damaged - bad service

I purchased a Telefunken Netbook for R1600 over 6 weeks ago via Groupon website & it is Faulty - to make matter even worse the product came with no warranty seal no packaging etc, just a box preloaded on the Netbook was angry Birds!!! it is clearly not a new machine, DO NOT purchase this Netbook from Groupon - they do not hold up there side of the agreement, they claim to have a 7 day return policy however they said it must be in the original packaging - BUT IT CAME IN A BOX with no plastic seal or anything. Absolutely shocking!
Request #56238 -They have still not responded to my numerous emails of which I have copies if anyone is interested - I am taking this to the Ombudsman.
