We signed off on a 405 RED Buffs order, printed 1 side. After payment was made by us in full, we received WHITE Buff, printed 1 side. That is NOT what we ordered, as red was the specific event colour. After phoning head office we were informed by our specific sales person, that apparently they can only sublimate (print) on white buffs. If that is the case, we were supposed to have been informed!!! Then we could alter the printing accordingly. A supplier can't just change item colours with out informing the client. Now management doesn't want to take any responsibility. Their best proposal was for us to buy new buffs and have them re-printed on our own cost!!! I am furious!! I paid R13, 000.00!!! And this is the second time they stuff up an order from us. The difference is, with the previous mistake we haven't paid them yet, so the problem was sorted out. Now they are just passing the buck. I have a small business, and R13, 000.00 is A LOT OFF money for me to loose!!!
