On 29 November 2012 I ordered and paid for a cake decorating set. I started questioning delivery date mid December and only correspondence received was on 24 December to say delivery would be made that same day. Still waiting! Emails receive no response. I called on 25 Jan and was promised a refund by today. Apparently the courier accepted boxes for delivery and didnt do so and have now gone into liquidation. Despite this, nobody called to explain, apologise or make other arrangements. No explanation for non-delivery received despite my questioning it. Was told on Friday my refund would not reflect until today due to the weekend. Needless to say, no refund and no response to emails - again! Shocking lack of service. Will never recommend that anyone purchase from Groupon, if product is to be delivered direct from Groupon. Since I posted on Facebook, a number of people have complained of same lack of delivery and service. Shocked and want my refund with interest - they have had my money for 2 full months! Do not buy from Groupon!
