I bought a groupon voucher on the 11 September. It never arrived. I emailed the 16 September and was told there was a fault and that they would resend my voucher. Nothing. Second email the 24th. Still nothing. Third email the 30th. Still nothing. Fourth email the 6th October, no reply and no voucher. Fifth email the 8th, no reply and no voucher. Sixth email the 13th, no reply and no voucher. And guess what? They still have my money. That's. Groupon 'Customer Services' non existent. Get your act together and REFUND MY MONEY!!!
