I bought a set of parking sensors from Groupon which they had on promotion. After installing them I found that the sensors were faulty. I contacted them and they sent a courier to collect the faulty product. The collection took place on the 22nd of August already. Since then I had to make 4 phone calls to them to find out when I will be receiving my replacement sensors. This is taking almost 2 months now. Every time they tell me they will get back to me which they never do. Every time I need to call them again. Now they want to refund me my money. I told them that I have drilled 4 holes into my car's bumper and that refunding me will not repair my bumper. I wanted to contact the supplier myself but they refuse to give me the supplier's detail.
I would like to make other customers aware of the bad service offered by Groupon and the damaged coursed.
