I paid for Groupon voucher on 3 Nov 2012 via EFT.
This was my first Groupon purchase so I wasn't quite sure how the process would unfold.
I expected that the voucher would be mailed to me immediately but this didn't happen.
On 10 Nov 2012 I mailed Groupon to report the problem.
On 16 Nov 2012 I received a response that the Proof of payment I forwarded was not sufficient and I needed to forward a secure statement on the bank's letterhead.
I waited until the bank sent my November statement which I received on 15 Dec 2012 and forwarded to Groupon immediately.
On 27 Dec 2012 I receive confirmation from Groupon about the error and an assurance that the voucher will be mailed to me or accessible through my Groupon account. I get back from holiday to find no mail and no voucher in my account.
I call their offices in Cape Town 021 201 7100 on 16 Jan 2013. Nymeka confirms per email that the voucher will be mailed or accessible through my Groupon account .. and it isn't.
I forward the query again via email to inform that I cant access the voucher on the same day and Kelly responds requesting 72 hours to revert to me.
Today is 27 Jan 2013 and no voucher has been received.
