I received this response from Groupon. i gave all my details and they do not want to refund my money. I don't even want to call their call centre anymore and get more pathetic excuses of why they cannot refund me. I'm tired of speaking to them about the same issue, one of the agents had the audacity to and say the reversal will be processed the next day
I am not happy with the sevice and the response i recived.
