I have placed an order on groupon on 19 Aug 2013, for a product, I paid over R899.00 via eft and submitted the proof of payment. I did not receive my voucher or an email indicating the reason. I sent groupon an email on 4 Sep 2013 to follow up and submitted my proof of payment again. i have received a response but not yet my refund. I am very dissapointed, usually I am happy with there service.
I am still waiting for my refund today 11 Sep 2013 of R899.00.
