I bought 2 vouchers from Dealclick for A4 and A3 Stretched Mounted Canvasses. As per instruction I sent through the photos to the supplier Print Now. I send the photos with codes attached as well as a illustration of what I wanted AND wrote TWO e-mails explaining that the one photo must be printed in landscape as per my illustration. These e-mails were sent 19 July 2013. I asked for confirmation of receipt on 22 July 2013. Very poor feedback. Then I only received my canvasses 10 Sept 2013. Over 40 working days from date of order placed. Also quality of the prints looks terrible, its only wrapped around two sides of the frame and the other two sides are stuck down with white tape - not at all close to the photo shown on the voucher. The prints has already come loose from the frames and the frames got damaged in the post due to poor packaging. Only wrapped in paper - no bubble wrap or anything and of course - lastly - they printed the photo which I asked for in Landscape as a Portrait. So please Dealclick - select your suppliers better because with suppliers like these I would be sure on never buying a voucher from your site again. Surely there should be some quality controll!!!
