I purchased earring from Groupon in May this year. I received the goods in June and noticed that one pair of the earrings was damaged since the packaging was extremely poor. After having to send a picture of the damaged earings it was eventually collected and July and I was promised that I would receive a replacement pair withing 3 to 5 working days. To date, I am still awaiting the replacement and I have not received any correspondence or feedback at all from Groupon.
