I ordered a Ice cream maker as a Christmas gift on the 5th of December, a month after Christmas I still haven't received it! When calling the customer centre everyone is always very friendly and says it will be delivered within two weeks, yet... NOTHING! I would strongly discourage anyone to ever buy anything directly from Groupon
