25 Nov - Ordered memory foam pillows via groupon sa in November - I paid and awaited delivery - NO delivery arrived.
08 Jan - Contacted the call centre I was reffered to the Courier Company, called Courier company - They didn't have my order and referred me back to Groupon.
08 Jan - Complained on hellopeter and Shouneez Williams responded (11 Jan) saying that they're investigating and will get back to me asap.
11 Jan - Charlene responded saying that my order will be delivered within 7 working days.
22 Jan - Sent an e-mail to Charlene wanting to know what happened to her promise - NO response
23 Jan - Tried to call Group on call center, can't go through
On Friday it'll be exactly 2months waiting for my order, how long must I still wait and why am I still waiting while on your website it says orders take up to 4weeks to be delivered???
