I ordered 2 cantilever umbrellas from Groupon, which stated that it came with an umbrella cover - but after opening the box, noticed that there was no cover. The cover was one of the reasons why we bought this umbrella and not another. I was told by the supplier that the umbrella cover was not included, and was an error on Groupon's part. After contacting Elroy from Groupon, I have received no response. Does Groupon always promise items and then not include it? Is false advertising the way that they get people to buy from them? Where is Groupon's customer service? Thoroughly disappointed with Groupon.
