I bought a Groupon voucher for an A2 canvas from Photolyze in Feb, not cheap even with the voucher.
The item I received was the worst I've ever seen. The corners are not square, the canvas is not flat and there is even a piece of paint/ink that fell off in the middle of the photo canvas. I emailed the merchant about the bad quality with no response at all. The product is also much smaller than advertised.
I have communicated this to Groupon and was advised I need to return the item for a refund, they will arrange for pick-up. I live in a rural area and suggested they pick-up from my nearest post-office but every time Groupon requested my physical address - it seems they do not realise what I am telling them!
The last communication from Groupon was beginning of June! I've phoned and emailed so many times since April I stopped counting.
I even saw another groupon advertised for photolyze after several complaints from the 1st deal... unbelievable! How can Groupon allow this after complaints about Photolyze!?!?!?!
I have emailed my work address for pick-up beginning of Aug, please get in contact to arrange a date for pick-up and that my refund can be processed ASAP!!!
