Placed an order for a First Aid Kit on the 30th July 2013, received a reference number and made a payment. I proceeded by sending proof of payment to e-mail address provided. The following day 31 July 2013, I received a reminder to make a payment. I then replied by attaching proof of payment and received confirmation that they have received my proof of payment. I even called to follow-up later that day and was told by the person on the other end that i will receive my item as soon as stock becomes available. I then send a e-mail on the 5th August 2013, asking for confirmation and by when I will received my product. I have still up to now have had no response to my e-mail.
