On July 3rd I purchased two groupon vouchers for a major bicycle service, and one voucher for two people all day free rides at cool runnings. The next day I recieved three vouchers for the bicycle service? I then queried this with groupon and on the 9th July and have still not received a single response??
I have had previous issues with groupon and have avoided them for almost a year, only returned under the advice of a friend saying their service has improved. This is a joke, they have not even responded, in twenty days!? There is no service, the last time I had problems with them the staff member I dealt with seemed quite blase and sarcastic. This company is pathetic and are my money and me of my voucher for which I have paid. This is a criminal offence as far as I understand.
