No customer care at all!

I bought a deal on MSC Cruises for R4298.00 falsely advertising it at 37% discount (original price R6778.00). I went onto the MSC Cruises website and found the exact deal at R4478.00 including all port charges etc. Just not the R400.00 voucher that is included in the "special" for drinks. Because I wanted to know why Groupon can falsely advertise this on their website, I contacted Yusuf at Groupon and he said he will find out why this is. I eventually contacted him back after a couple of days not hearing from him. He said he was still waiting for feedback and asked me to confirm my e-mail address. I told him, he can tell me what he has and I'll tell him if it's correct. He then said he doesn't have my details! So much for customer service! Then I spoke to his "apparent" manager, who cares even less, Nazley Bastra. How she's a teamleader, I have no idea! She wanted to give me a brochure of the MSC cruises, when my clear question was why the prices on the WEBSITE is the same as the advertised price on Groupon. She said she will get someone from MSC to contact me, and guess what!? I'm still waiting! Do not deal with Groupon! They don't care about their clients!
