Bad service and product is not what was represente

I bought the bamboo cutting boards from Groupon in November. After sending email after email and spending hours trying to get through to their call center. I finally got hold of the courier company that was distributing their products - CourierIT. they eventually (21 January, more than 2 months after paying for my goods) got hold of groupon and my product was delivered today 22 January. I am highly highly highly disappointing in the product. It looks like cheap . it was suppose to be a Christmas present to my sister inlaw and I feel too embarrassed to give her the junk from Groupon.

This is not the first time I have been disappointed. I bought the 2 large pizza deals from The Address in Durban, what an absolute disgust. I cant believe first of all a restaurant will sell a pizza that i got and i cant believe Groupon didnt check the quality!!!

I will never buy from Groupon again. I will make sure all my friends and family know about this and i will put it on every social network i can find.

It's absolutely disgusting. If you go buy most of the stuff yourself, you would find it a lot cheaper anyway!!!
