Recieved terrible attitude from a Groupon supplier (Sandton Skin & Body Clinic). I purchased 2 double vouchers and did not receive any service as the spa was 'overbooked'. The supplier redeemed my vouchers and was meant to refund me. I referrred to Groupon in March 2013 and as yet have not had a resolution, and now at he end of July 2013 Groupon wants to give me a Groupon credit! I don't want a GRoupon credit as I will never be using them again! Can I just have my money back please!
