Groupon voucher that could not be honored

I bought a voucher from groupon for a half day spa treatment for 2 at SaraSpa, on 12 October 2012. When I called to arrange a booking SaraSpa they informed me that they were fully booked until the following year (2013). I then arranged to have the booking on 10 January 2013 at 9am, 4 days before the appointment, my booking was cancelled. I tried 3 three times to find out what is happening and nothing. So I contacted Groupon who did a refund as a Groupon credit to buy more groupon items which i do not want as the service bought could not be honored. Since the voucher I bought was nominated the best seller, i am sceptical to find out how the other groupon vouchers will be. It would seem that Groupon does not want the support of my friends and family as their vouchers can not be seen to be reliable and if you do not get what you paid for, you cant be refunded in cash but only credited to buy more groupon vouchers.
