It is now months since my account was debited for a holiday voucher I have never received. I also took out a discount card 2 months ago and still never receiedv the card. My account was even double debited this month and I have not received my holiday voucher or my discount card. Please be so kind and refund all my money that was debited from my bank account as I am no longer interested in your rewards car or holiday voucher due to your poor customer services.
