I bought a voucher on Groupon for a hair salon deal, as I saw that the salon mentioned was the one I usually used. After paying for it and receiving a voucher with the salons name on it, Groupon changed the name on their site to a completely different salon, with no explanation, and I have emailed twice for a response or refund but no one has got back to me. I phoned my hairdresser and she confirmed that she had never agreed to any deal with Groupon, so it appears they have just used her salon name as it is well known to sell vouchers, and then changed the name to somewhere cheaper, UNBELIEVABLE!
