I logged a complaint with Groupon on 31 December, again on 3 January about a voucher I bought and could not redeem. I've heard nothing from them and sent a query again on 7 January. Still no response. I've checked on my profile and both quearies are still open on not even yet assigned to someone.
I bought a voucher for a hair cut and blow dry and hi-lights. When I wanted to make the appointment, I was informed that all December vouchers have invalid codes. Posh Lab made it my problem to sort out with Groupon, which I think actually is not my problem as I'm the customer and did what was ask from me, but they do not deliver their promise - they should take it up with Groupon if vouchers show as invalid on their system.
I think it is pathetic that Groupon doesn't bother to respond on my complaint of more than a week ago. This is not the first time that I buy a voucher from Groupon and cannot use it! Does it really take that long to respond....? Or does they have that many complaints....which is a very disturbing thought! Think twice before you buy Groupon!!! I will definately think 4 times at least before buying from them again and I will definately not promote them.
