I ordered 2 sets of Bamboo cutting boards in December 2012 and after many enquirings (via phone and email) found out that they were damaged on the shipment to South Africa and thus cannot be deliverd. They promised to refund my order, whereafter I heard nothing from them again. No refund was received. After waiting more than a month, I reminded them again. Still no refund was made, but the cutting boards were delivered, of which one was damaged. I called them to replace the damaged boards and up to now still have not heard anything back. Really frustrated with their service, the call centre is very helpfull every time, but nothing is done after the call.
