Groupon has crooked me

Three months ago I paid Groupon for a product but did not receive it and I was promised a refund which I still haven't received until now. A month back I ordered again on groupon and I didn't receive what I had ordered. I sent them an email to complain and was promised to receive my money back in groupon credit. I still haven't received those credits. Up to date groupon owes me about a R1000. I want that money back
