I bought a phone from CNA (Edcon) around the 17/12/2013 - my card only got to me in March 2013!!! and it is only valid for a year. Then I read all the terms and conditions on the card and the letter I get about not watching new releases etc. So I go to my local Ster Kinekor and use the self-help terminal and the card does not work!! there is no movies I can watch! this is totally unacceptable and it is a nasty way of luring customers to purchasing promotional products. What is the point of holding a promotion if you guys do not live up to you standards. It is nothing but misleading thievery I feel like returning the promotional BlackBerry and this stupid card and asking for a refund. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act No: 68 of 2008 I should be able to do this you have mislead me as a consumer and my money!!! I am disgusted with Edcon and TLC Marketing.
