I purchased items on Groupon last year November, Groupon could not deliver on items purchased and sent incorrect items after transaction cancelled and refund requested.
I have called and emailed over 20 times and eventually spoke to Maurisia Arendse who emailed me a proof of payment for the refund to a credit card on the 23 April 2013. to date the refund has not appeared in my account despite proof been emailed and now she does not retuned calls or emails.
I have left many messages without response and I am still out of pocket.
