Bad customer service!!!

10 May I called to asked when a promotion will run or if the can sell it directly to me at a higher price or if the can give me the name of supplier. Call centre agent was very RUDE. We ended up having a fight and I said I will report him to HELLO PETER and he said "go ahead". Really???

10 May I made a complaint on their webpage.

13 May I received a mail apologizing for the bad service.

I called and insisted to speak to Ganeefa (person that send me the mail) but they said she is busy and WILL call me back. Never happened - Still waiting. Also told them they sold me "expired goods" and the call center agent said she will come back to me. Never did!!!

14 May received an mail to RATE the support I received... RATED them "bad, unsatisfied" NO RESPONSE!

Is this really how one should be treated? Expired goods and bad service??? Boycot!
