I logged numerous complaints on this site about the refund that Groupon owes for almost 6 months and nothing gets done, no one contacts me except for one Mauricia Arendse who keeps on telling me that my money was paid to me and it wasnt. I even escalated the matter to the CEO in Daniel Guasco and Wayne Gosling and no response has been heard from either of them for weeks on end. Poor poor customer service!!! i will not let this go, someone from Groupon needs to call me and give me back my money!!!
