I phoned Groupon to complain about one of their merchants: Emporium Hair and Beauty Salon. I was really upset about the way i was treated by them. Kelly at Groupon was great. She listened, she apologised and promised she would follow up with the salon. She also said Groupon would refund me for the voucher i purchased from them and give me an additional R100. I have been a loyal of Groupon and will continue to support them. Thank you Kelly and thank you Groupon.
