I logged an initial complaint here 8 April at 18:01. Groupon responded by saying they responded with an email. This email read, "Shouneez Williams (Groupon SA), Apr 09 08:52 (SAST), Good Day. Please attached proof of delivery".
I responded with, "Your response is unclear due to the syntax - are you saying:
a. Proof of delivery is attached --> which it is not OR
b. Please attach the proof of delivery.
If it is option b - see please below" (and added a photo of the delivery slip with the incorrect address clearly printed on it).
Groupon then AGAIN just closed the query with no further communications - nothing had been answered!
Bitterly disappointed - terrible experiences one after the other!
