It has now been two weeks since I lodged a complaint about Groupon and not receiving delivery.
My patience is done.
First I get an email saying delivery will take place by Friday 11 Jan. It's now 17 January and NOTHING.
Emails are going unanswered.
WHERE THE IS THE DELIVERY??? I'm done being nice about this as well.
IT'S BEEN 3 FREAKING MONTHS! IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Or maybe for Groupon it is??
At this rate I'm starting to expect delivery AND a refund. Because this is beyond a joke. Groupon has caused me great embarrassment and awkwardness, as this gift was meant as a Christmas present. (I ordered in October).
