After numerous emails, calls and other means of complaints, it's no surprise I haven't received any positive feedback from groupon.
It has now been seven weeks and still no delivery or a call from a groupon rep. Yet another example of pathetic customer service.
It is time to start broadcasting the mindset that groupon has regarding customer and satisfaction on twitter, Facebook, bbm, whatsapp and news watch.
I have wasted R2000 on an item that I thought I was buying from a reputable company.
