I recently purchased a deal on Groupon with my credit card, the payment went through on my cr card BUT the voucher was refused. I made the purchase on the 24/04/2013 and called the call centre on the 26th and I was told that my groupon account will be refunded by the 29th so that I could purchase the deal again... After numerous phone calls and emails my groupon account still hasn't been refunded. The deal I wanted expires today.
The call centre staff have not been helpful and I have been doing all the following up.
Groupon may offer cheaper deals but it actually comes at a price... My time and effort trying to sort this out, out weighs any deal on Groupon.
